This product offering, curated by our world-class culinary team, is meant to provide exciting, stress-free meal planning with a wide variety of options. We use fresh, seasonal ingredients in all of our dishes, and curate a handful of kitchen staples from brands we trust and love.
Wine and beer is also available.

Although we are in our pop-up stage within Tapestry Hall, this market is the starting point for the eventual bricks-and-mortar market that will be a part of the Gaslight District in Cambridge. It offers our patrons an opportunity to eat very well at a reasonable price, food that has been created so foodies and families alike will have something that appeals to their palette. Premium food, without the premium price tag.

The New Galt Market was inspired by the the New Galt Market Cookbook, a collection of recipes from the first Galt settlers, printed in 1898.
